Hi, I’m Justin.
I am a coach, supervisor, psychotherapist, and clinical lead, and I work with LGBTQ+ founders, executives, and leaders who want to lead from a place of depth rather than performance.

Leadership Rooted in Psychological Depth
Most leadership coaching focuses on what you do. I focus on who you are - and the systemic forces that shaped you.
I trained as a psychotherapist first. Working clinically, I saw how often traditional professional development failed leaders from LGBTQ+ and minority backgrounds specifically. It rarely named minority stress, the low background hum of hyper-vigilance many of us carry, or the internalised narratives we bring into senior roles without noticing. So I extended my clinical practice into psychologically informed executive coaching, to build a space where high-achieving professionals could do the real work without first having to explain their identity or justify their triggers.
My Approach
I bring a trauma-informed lens into the business and corporate world. In practice, that means we do not just discuss executive presence, we work on what is actually blocking authentic self-expression. We do not just manage burnout, we address the systemic exhaustion of leading in spaces that were not built with you in mind.
My aim is straightforward: your rise to the top should be psychologically sustainable, not just achieved.
Experience
I have worked with people for over fifteen years, in private practice and before that across national and local charities, delivering and managing services for young people, adults, and families. As a psychotherapist, I have a particular interest in identity, self, and personality. As a gay man, I bring direct, ongoing experience of working with clients across the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am an accredited coach and Global Individual Accreditation Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
I am a registered psychotherapist with UKCP, searchable on the UKCP National Register.
I hold Senior Accreditation with the BACP (MBACP Snr Accred, 2015), searchable on the BACP Register.
